pauledell Posted December 31, 2014 Share #4 Posted December 31, 2014 A wonderful series with a mystical mood about it with the hues of colors and the fog. They all remind me of storybook themes. Paul
samwells Posted December 31, 2014 Share #5 Posted December 31, 2014 Very poetic shots…lovely. I like the heavy emphasis on the blues, especially that first shot, which looks very painterly. cheers: Sam
Iduna Posted January 2, 2015 Share #6 Posted January 2, 2015 A wonderful series with a mystical mood about it with the hues of colors and the fog. They all remind me of storybook themes. Paul Paul had the right idea and I agree: it is a dreamy series and one can imagine some stories very well.
nCognito Posted January 4, 2015 Author Share #7 Posted January 4, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) Thank you for taking the time to view and comment. I arrived at this site an hour before sunrise and for some reason, perhaps the mountains, sunrise in the Lakes always seems to be late. Anyway, I had heard about this mystical 'blue' hour before the sunrise golden hour and on this day I really experienced it. I have never before seen colour like it, perhaps because I don't get up early enough.. The last photo is at sunrise, and you can see the sky and colour have changed. I think I stood at that same spot for 90 minutes and it was magical.
