Did anybody saw the Parade from inside?

Surprisingly I was not prevent from walking up and down the parade route next to the paraders while the rest of the massive crowd was crammed behind steel barriers. I got there before the crowds assembled, just tried to look like I was supposed to be there and it appeared to work; no security staff or stewards bothered me at all so I just kept going. I'll post a picture or two when I've sorted through them.
