It's mentioned on page 4, but only the DLux and the X are reviewed, at least in the English edition.

When is the Eyes Wide Open book available? I had it on order with Amazon since December but now they cancelled it.

Yes I received the same cancellation notification. There are now two copies available on Amazon - one for 999£ and the other for £499. I find these adverts a bit strange as I don't think the book has been released at all, at least not in English.

My copy of the book arrived on my desk this morning, with a heavy thud!

 

It looks to be a very good read, nicely printed, but quite big and thick.  I will have to clear my coffee table so I can bend over it to read it!  I paid $78.  You guys must be talking about something different ...

 

It's apparently in stock for $81 at Amazon.

Thanks for the notification. It seems Amazon UK now has stock as well, despite canceling all orders in March - maybe that just happened automatically as the book was taking so long to become available.
