Advertisement Posted June 24, 2006 Posted June 24, 2006 Hi Guest johann_wolfgang, Take a look here I like this LEITZ lens. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
ggetzin Posted June 24, 2006 Share #2 Posted June 24, 2006 As the Yanks say now, "Nice." I like this picture a lot. I am trying to take more people pictures and it is difficult to get past the inhibitions. We have faces like this in Wisconsin. ggetzin Posted June 24, 2006 Share #3 Posted June 24, 2006 With my D-Lux 2, the problem would be controlling the manual focus. I think I can get that clarity, if I only get the focus. This may be the hardest trick for me in digital and with such close and moving subjects all the more difficult. g
rob_x2004 Posted June 25, 2006 Share #4 Posted June 25, 2006 Can I ask the f/stop focus distance to give you this sort of depth of field. Regards ggetzin, with your DLux2 you should go back to 'macro autofocus' for close portraits. You will not do better than it.
Guest johann_wolfgang Posted June 27, 2006 Share #5 Posted June 27, 2006 Hello Rob, the lens was at f5.6, the distance to the lady was about 5 m. Please remind, used at a Olympus E-300 the Apo-Telyt-R 3.4/180 is an 360 mm lens Regards Johann
