Thank You, Thomas. I liked your photo with the Leica I very much. It looked as if it was taken when the camera was very new.

And I agree with Eckart that it would be interesting to know how many voted, as you couldn't guess from the percentage numbers you saw as long as the voting was open.

Let me please thank all of you for your congratulations!

For now it is my impression that the new technology for voting was worth a try though the traditional way of voting and counting had many averages. So I'd propose that we come back to the "old way" - which seems also appropriate for the gear we use in this Challenge. ;)

Fortunately there is enough time to discuss this until the 21. Barnack Challenge.

Only just found this thread. been distracted.
Thanks to all participants for making this event interesting and well done especially to the three top pics. I had them chosen as I recall, but in a different order. However many fine images resulted of the event. Thank you to the organizers.

Since the comp I have acquired another two old lenses but I think my original Summitar will be my favorite. By the time the next comp starts, I will have had some practice with all this new (old) gear. ;)
My vision is unique. My Leica makes it remarkable!

Cheers,
Erl
