Sponsoring Members - how to show your status (should you so wish)

I have had several PMs recently from new Sponsoring Members, asking how to make their newfound "status" visible. Not everyone who sponsors might want to do this, but, if you do, this is what you need to do

 

Go to the "User CP" link at the top left of every page

 

Go to the "Networking" section, and "Group Memberships"

 

Click on "Sponsoring Member" and then "Update display group"

 

Job done.

Moderator extrordinaire and now a clairvoyant to boot! In my search to reclaim my 'sponsoring member' thingymajig and having failed miserably at finding it in the User CP, I turned to this sub-forum and lo and behold - there is the answer. Thanks Andy.
