pauledell Posted January 22, 2012 Share #2 Posted January 22, 2012 Euston, An excellent series with great composition, lovely colors, fine detail and sharpness. I have seen many Pullman cars and have ridden in some a long time ago. The detail of the drive wheels and connecting rods is exquisite. Bateleur Posted January 24, 2012 Share #4 Posted January 24, 2012 A lovely series of photographs, I particularly enjoyed the driving wheel details, true engineering, honest and bold. Was this the Bluebell Railway? Regards Charles
euston Posted January 24, 2012 Author Share #5 Posted January 24, 2012 Thank you very much, Charles. This is the Mid-Hants Railway, known as the Watercress Line, which runs between Alresford and Alton in Hampshire.
Iduna Posted January 24, 2012 Share #6 Posted January 24, 2012 Euston, this is great cinema with great colors and details. The steam is giving it such a nostalgic touch. The shining metal is provided yet with a soft presence almost undescribeable.
