Michael Hiles Posted April 28, 2015 Share #682 Posted April 28, 2015 (edited) Don't know the building, but I suspect this is Sweden. (I am commenting on a picture of a soldier wearing a busby - but the picture seems to have disappeared...???) war Posted May 10, 2015 Share #690 Posted May 10, 2015 This is the Dallas Texas City Hall. The Architect was I.M.Pei. It is a important example, representative of the "brutalist concrete" buildings of the modern movement late 70's.

war Posted May 13, 2015 Share #694 Posted May 13, 2015 Hi, thanks You're looking at that skyline and thinking, "where else do they build 1000 foot buildings?". Look closer to home. regards, Wally
war Posted May 21, 2015 Share #695 Posted May 21, 2015 Where is everyone? Perhaps another clue is in order to get you to this location: The Donald built a hotel here that tops out at about 961 feet (a victim of cropping in this view of the skyline). A first for him in this part of the globe. Once you have this location the building, whose paint is still wet, is a cinch.
