Michael Geschlecht Posted March 16, 2017 Share #4705 Posted March 16, 2017 Hello Mike, It has been a while since anyone wrote anything here. It must be the cold weather. Here there was supposed to be around 30cm to 45cm of snow yesterday. The storm moved this way & that a bit & here ended up with about 15cm of snow. It was reasonably warm when the snow stopped around 13:30 yesterday afternoon. I went out then & shoveled while the snow was still soft. The temperature was about +1C. Last nite it got cold & today warmed up to about -4C. Some people decided to wait until today to shovel. You can tell who shoveled yesterday & who wanted to shovel today. Interesting weather for a place that is more or less at the Latitude of Capri. By the way, Colorado?Best Regards, Michael
mikemgb Posted March 16, 2017 Share #4706 Posted March 16, 2017 I forgot I was up here! Yes, Colorado.

Michael Geschlecht Posted March 25, 2017 Share #4710 Posted March 25, 2017 Hello Mike, Still a lot of sleepy people out there. The snow where I am is mostly gone & the weather is getting warmer. Could we be in Southern Colorado?Best Regards, Michael
mikemgb Posted March 25, 2017 Share #4711 Posted March 25, 2017 No, it's in Western Colorado. It isn't one of the 13ers, it misses that target by just 35 feet. Its main feature is clearly visible on both images.
mikemgb Posted April 5, 2017 Share #4712 Posted April 5, 2017 Well, this thread seems to have come to a complete halt. The mountain in question is Mount Sopris. Does anyone have a photo that may breath some life back into this?
