Postings are accepted henceforth till 15th Feb 2011.

Made early yesterday morning with my X1 as my wife left for work. We received about 1 foot of snow in Southeastern Michigan.

Taken Wednesday February 2nd as the sun was setting on the Dead Sea, and facing Jordan to the east.

University of Chicago students get pummeled by a snowstorm between classes.

As a separate inquiry, living in Chicago, I was choosing between some great weather photos for this competition. I'm not changing at this point, but just curious to see if others think I made a strong choice (for this competition), or not, and why. The others I was considering were:

I just want to say that I think these competitions are awesome and no doubt this one co-ocurring with Steve Huff's shifted people's priorities a bit, unless they prefer the keychain to the M9 ;) We shouldn't let it discourage the next one if anyone was thinking about that.
