jlancasterd Posted July 6, 2006 Share #2 Posted July 6, 2006 Hi Victor Welcome to the forum. This beach just seems to go on and on doesn't it...! I think that the effect of your shot is rather spoiled by the bits of palm tree at the top left - I'd have digitised them out in PhotoShop, or whatever image manipulation software you are using. Alternatively the top could be slightly trimmed.
wda Posted July 6, 2006 Share #3 Posted July 6, 2006 Welcome, Victor. Your picture has three components united by a slightly sloping horizon. (Could easily be corrected) It is the kind of image which evokes warm feelings and you can almost feel the sand between your toes. vo_obgynmd Posted July 6, 2006 Author Share #4 Posted July 6, 2006 Hi John, Thanks for the welcome. Thanks for the pointers. I took a look at how the photo would look with the top trimmed, but then I was wondering if I would have to explain the shadow from the tree or not. Maybe not, I gather.
