Just to prove that Virgil isn't the only one who can find colorful characters in the mid-west, here is my favorite waitress at my favorite diner. M8 and 35 Lux wide open at f/1.4. Processed in C1 Pro v5.

What a real shame the hair on the back of her head is focus as opposed to the eyes on the front of it. Would have been a real winner then.

 

Have you had your 'lux checked for back-focussing?

You are correct that the focus is off. Its not the lens' fault but mine. Both I and the waitress were moving and since the lens was wide open, there was no chance that I would keep the focus locked on. I'm just happy it didn't look like abstract art!
