After the Leica M Monochrom was announced on May 10th some interesting and varied reports are circulating in the Internet. We have compiled a list of videos and reviews:


  • The Leica Forum presents a complete review of the Leica M Monochrom.
  • Lloyd Chambers elaborates on filtration for Leica M Monochrom to improve image sharpness and tonal separation. (update 2012-06-01)

  • Leica Camera published the technical specifications of the Leica M monochrome and has a lot to contribute to the specificity of the sensor.
  • dpreview already had the opportunity to test the camera before its release date and display the results on its website with many example pictures.
  • imaging resource has also found time to write a few lines to the new monochrome.
  • Forbes magazine likes the LEICA M MONOCHROM (update 2012-05-11)
