Default F1 Maserati

Visiting my friend near Modena Italy,
he is one of the rarest in the world able to (re)build a complete car using only drawings.
One of those is this F1 Maserati 12 Cylinder with twin compressors, Mod 8 CLT.
more pictures coming soon.
Thanks for looking

JC -

A fine tribute to your friend and the machine. Excellent angles and details, and the saturated colors are perfectly suited for the images and subject.

So this is a reproduction? Very nice one. I saw a couple of originals (also the Fangio car) at the Nürburgring OGP last year. Impressive cars and I would also be happy with this car of your friend. He did a very good job.

This is a restored original one, to morrow this car will be in Brescia on a private racing ring for test with two other ones.
It is known that the last race done was in Indianapolis.

I'm pretty sure that this is an 8 cylinder twin port quatro valvole engine...?!
Please post more pictures of the details in the engine bay.
Mille grazie!

Correct! A 12 cyl would be something else.

That really is a beautiful engine. I believe that the brother of a forum member might own one of these cars.

If you get a chance to wheel it out into the sunshine, there are lots of fabulous shots to be had.
