I know it was a Rolls Royce - and a very fine example too. As was the fellow driving it!

This is an excellent study Pete. I hope that the one I took of this regulator will be as good

That is a wonderful picture... lovely colours and effective focus. And to think this is all handled by a black box in my Ford Focus, nowadays :-)

You could start a Rolls by flicking the advance and retard lever quickly between the two. I did it regularly on my 20hp. It worked best when the engine was warm.
