Carburator, I think... Zenith Amal and Skinner Union (SU) used to be three known english manufacturers of these components.... golden ages of British Motors...

Wow, lovely shot. The color depth is amazing. You can almost reach out and grab it.

I'd be curious to see what would happen if you were to bring down the blacks. But that's just looking for a way to tweak.
