Is there any post production on this?. I love the semi artificial nature of the foreground light. Wonderful image!

Yes, there's PhotoShoppery here

The levels have been tweaked, on a couple of layer masks, to accentuate the tones and the colour has been desaturated and shifted away from blue a little.

I recognise this; it's from the Yorkshire Sculpture Park; one of their best pieces.
