God that place stank in the 70's and 80's. I nearly bought a house in Ince when I worked for Isaacs Cohen and Isaacs in Runcorn. Bust my bank balance to buy a house in Chester as an alternative. But - old git that I am - sorry to see half of its gone now!

This is what makes a beautiful sunset. No kidding. I was along the Mississippi River and all the power plants made for the best sunsets i have ever seen.
