Hank Taylor Posted January 11, 2015 Share #1 Posted January 11, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) Two Korean War Fighters the North American Saber F86 and the Mig 15 were evenly matched the differance would be determine by the experiance of the pilot. In 1952 The Russian were flying the Migs agains our best. They were good as a matter of record Nikolai Vasilievich Sutyagin had 21 confirmed kills while our leading ace had 15 Migs. There is more to this story why the Russian had more kills for one thing they were operating to their advantage and being directed by ground radar and the Americans were at their disadvantage.
