This is a great photo, the title takes it to another level, and the story about your friend, to another plateau again.

 

I especially enjoy the angle of the bar you've captured. The way it runs through the picture, conspiring with your chosen aperture for a great sense of depth.

 

And speaking of depth . . .

 

I still can't help wondering about the rest of the story. Was it just the bar maid's sense of humour? Was it the manner of your friend's request? Did he really get just what he deserved from her?

 

Maybe it makes the picture stronger if we never know for sure. You decide.

I love it, and the title's perfect. I was leaving the dentist's office this week after having my teeth cleaned and saw a picture on the wall of "The World's Most Interesting Man" with the following caption: "I don't always floss, but when I do, it's always 20 minutes before a dentist's appointment."
