Default Couple more for the rail fans...

Two more from Steamtown...good subject matter at this museum / rail yard whether you're into trains or not.

Thanks! They look even better here than on the preview prints you showed me over lunch.

Hi Dan, this looks like a really interesting place to visit. Where abouts in the US is it?

The shadows are a bit blocked on the shot, but it looks like a very bright and 'contrasty' day, difficult to capture a full range under those conditions. At least you weren't shooting chrome :-)

Steve,

This site is in North Eastern Pennsylvania, maybe 2 hours West of New York City. There were no clouds in the sky, bright & warm by November standards in this part of the country. I would have liked to shoot chrome, but after going through the images - I'm glad I went with the Portra.

Dan, I can just imagine the tales these old locomotives and carriages could tell!
