A day at the races ..

My father came for a visit this weekend. I was able to swing media passes and tickets to Lone Star Park just outside of Dallas, TX for Father's Day.

This is one of the photos from the day. Blisteringly hot but well worth the sunburn :-)

Stuart - Thank you. The only thing I don't like about it is the highlights. Adox 20 CMS I'm learning is notorious at blowing out the skies and highlights. I should underexpose slightly and pull the shadows out when I scan. Other than that I really like the image.

Allan - I appreciate it. Regarding the bets, I was so wrapped up in the excitement of shooting no bet was placed. Next time .. :-)
