on a weekend photography jaunt, I stumbled across this newly opened skate board park
the longest lens I had was my 75 Summilux, so I had to return the next day with a 135 Elmarit mounted on the Viso which was used for the last photograph offered here all taken with the M8 an existential BW 98708712.2Qp10iak.jpg the whole frame tells a story, sort of 98708715.rogcPXlv.jpg getting a bit closer to the action with the 135 98742918.GkVF7yYE.jpg ironically (or perhaps cynically) this park was donated by a well known local personal injury lawyer ...the kids love it larger versions of these can be found here Houston Photo Gallery by Artichoke Vinagrette at pbase.com along with shooting information & some others from this venue hope you like |

I was surprised at the number of sharply focused shots I got from these shoots
setting a pre-focus point has many advantages and being able to see subjects before they enter the frame are considerable advantages for action photography with an M having enough light to stop down helps as well ![]() |
