Allan,
Modern racing does not look like fun; I blame Colin Chapman. Do you run any old car races at Indy?
btw, post more of your around-town shots please, if your job allows.

I agree, The second picture of the yellow Honda is an essay on the demise of motor racing as a sport of passion: The car is an advertising hoarding swamped by wireless controlled technicians while the despondent, crestfallen driver stands to one side, pathetically ignored. He is an accessory to the business.

The picture thus, is excellent - it tells a story very well!

You guys certainly have an interesting take on what was otherwise a very exciting hour or two of activity at the Speedway!

Aerodynamics has truly changed the game, no doubt; but the fantastic speed (at least on Indy's oval) is eye-popping and defies description. I guess I need to ditch my little MP and grab a Canon bazooka with a 300mm to convey that better.

Anyway, it's always fun (for me) to be around the cars and the drivers when they're looking to claim a $100K prize by winning pole for the Indy 500.

Thanks

Allan

Yes, Pete; it's called NASCAR.

Thanks
