Sanding The Main Mast
R8, 24mm, Tmax 400 (new)
The beginning; I'm sanding my 67 foot long spruce main mast. Just put a 10 foot scarf to replace rot from fresh water. This is not child's play.

Im sure you are well read on West Systems or equivalent. My only scarf came down but I mean it was on a mast I was pushing the envelope and I was only fifteen at the time. Got to grow up some time.
