Met Life Blimp
Well, these are associated with sports and leisure time.
 This was flying over my backyard this morning. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a better angle on it, because I have a tiny backyard typical of Los Angeles.  R9/DMR + 800/5.6 (I was backyard birding.) L1091082.jpg Thanks for looking, Peter

So what you couldn't get a better angle ... ? This one is great as it is! And you must have had your camera available just like that, which is a message in itself.

Peter,
Good catch of the big bird I like the shot and lucky you had the right piece of gear at hand. I got a picture of one of those somewhere. One flew up the river valley and by the time I had the camera out al I had time for was a couple of quick snaps. You don't get to see those things to often. Peter |
