Stuart, Henry and Ben--Thank you also for the comments. I'm glad you enjoyed the photo. I had a hard time shooting this because the train had to be kept moving in order for the lights to be on in the engine. Since I was shooting with the Noctilux at f/1.2, the DOF was really shallow. Needless to say, there were lots and lots of misses.

This is a great shot! I did not have the joy of ever playing with one. Until this Christmas.
I found out my wife had a train set as a child. Her mom pulled it out for us and I put it around our tree and gave it a go. It was a lot of fun putting the tracks together and watching her run! I will post an image I took of it, though not as great as this! Amado |
