Ahhh....yes, the boot latch of the glorious Triumph Spitfire, my first car.

Looks great Hans. Mine was a dark blue, with white convertible top and tonneau cover. Great memories.

In the world of painting I generally don't much care for the minimalists such as Rothko, but the wonderful, bright sunlight on this expanse of Spit trunk, broken with three things is lovely.

I could imagine this as a vast print in my study! So rich and evocative of the passion the car exudes.

If I had to find a fault I think I would end up staring at the slightly skewed car font too much!

Agree with Stuart..I am not much into image after image of minimalist photos..I enjoy th red and the technical qualities..but thats all..good enough for "student" work ....now lets see some "risk taking"......
