Dear Peter Werner,

Fantastic winter pictures (!) On my PC monitor the snow has a yellow color cast (?) I tried to let the ACDSee 8 program remove the color cast of one of your your pictures (hope you don't mind?) and the snow became a litlle more white - at least on my monotor :-))

Again - thank you for sharing these wonderfull winter pictures :-))

All the best Svenning, Denmark.

Thank you, Svenning, for your effort. Indeed, you added blue to remove the warm color cast (on my screen it looked more pink than yellow). Fact is the pictures were taken in the afternoon with the sun low on the horizon. That is the reason the snow has a reddish cast. My picture shows the scene as it looked in reality. Of course one can argue which interpretation looks better

Thank you again
Cheers
Peter
