Great lines and diagonals in this composition, Bill.
Could it use a bit more contrast? I can't tell on this crappy laptop monitor.... Doesn't look like Cincinnati...not enough soot and ash in the air! ![]() Thanks. Allan |

Thanks John and Allan. Yes it is TRRA in St.Louis, MO. The shot was taken right after they bought that engine and painted it. It was a sharp shiney red engine with all their cool decals. I think they make laundry detergent there and accross the street is the Cascade plant which you can not see. Terminal was doing a transfer leaving the N.S yard over back to Madison IL, across the river to their main hub. Terminal mainly has the 1200 and 1500 switchers in use.
