This is for all you Lotus fanatics. I saw this Europa twin cam special yesterday in areal 1970s colour - whoa!

This was a hot little bargain when it was new in the late 60s/early 70s. Very nice details, and you've caused me to have some nice memories. It seems well maintains, but I'd never buy one in that (original) color. Ah, but BRG with gold pinstripes, or in the JPS livery....

Pistaccio (sp?), is the name of the colour- like the nuts! There was a tendency to re-spray some of those garish 70's colours out of existence at one point, thankfully they are making a return, not that I would like to own one! The Europa is a fantastic handling car but somehow I always feel "trapped" when I drive in one.
