I really like number 2 - the colours and details within the peeling paint are superb. Number 1 really needs an old fella, sitting about 3 rows back...

Andy - thanks! No season pass, lol. I have Willam to thank for getting me out to this site to shoot....waiting for a roll of Kodachrome to come back as well from this day.

Agree with Andy about #2. Amazed you pulled that off with 400 NC. Colors are spot on! Look forward to seeing your chromes when you get them.

Haven't had time for the Forum since we were there on the 29th. I guess in #1 that was the car in the yard which was ready for rides between Ringoes and Flemington starting in May.

Only took my film in today on my day off. First chance I've had to think this month owing to #@&*#% in the office lately..., and it's aready the 10th! Doubt I got anything much of interest..., but you never know! At least lunch at The Ship was good.

Great shots Dan. I'm in agreement with the others. #2 is superb. I also like #1. The textures and colors are wonderful, the 35/1.4 ASPH is my personal favorite. It illustrates what digital lacks. Paul.

Really good series, Dan. Lots of shapes, colors and textures to play with there. I'm a bit surprised these relics haven't been turned into scrap metal.

Paul - my 35/1.4 is slightly different from the ASPH - it's the first aspherical version. I'm not sure how the two differ in overall image quality - all I can say is that I do not miss my 35/2. As for the digital comparison....I couldn't agree more. Sometimes I like beer from the hand pump as opposed to the regular tap!

Pubs & dining establishments make big deals out of brews they have on the hand pump...served at the correct temp, etc. I always try to grab at least a pint when they have one available. New Jersey has several restaurants that brew on premise, and are quite good. I'm more of a beer snob than wine snob anyhow. Most people over here have no clue...
