Well caught ollie in #1 and super shadow in #2.

We have a sk8er in the family, I posted a couple of shots on the old forum; no one commented, maybe too many codgers on the forum?

I like the luminosity in the second shot, it makes the scene seem extra-realistic.

Here are a couple of samples, Rick has moved on since these were taken, he casually steps off the board at the top of the wall and lets it fly maybe 15ft up in the air, catches it and drops back in! I would not want to be down there now.

A hard subject to photograph. Saw some really excellent shots in the BJP a while back but many were set pieces.
