A rather special Dino, seen at Aintree a couple of years ago.

A 206S Spyder, unless I'm mistaken - I hadn't appreciated how like the P4 it appears until I saw your rear-view shot. Simply gorgeous.

Pete -

Ah -- One of the later REAL Dinos with Enzo's son's name on the stearing wheel hub. Lovely. Please keep them coming.

pete, thank you for your post, it filled my soul! i didn't know, although i suspected, that there was a direct connection of leica and ferrari? i have been a lifelong fan and now 30 year racing participant, mostly in open wheel cars. i have raced and won in all of the following catagories: formula one (march 821), formula two(chevron b35), formula three(techno ex-monaco/peterson), formula atlantic(march),formula junior(cooper type 56) and have participated and witnessed racing in the us and europe. just thought i would introduce myself. mark

Mark,
Nice to have you on board! I have known the folks at Chevron Racing very well for many years; you must have some good photos to post?

There are quite a few race fans in this community.

Cheers,
Pete.

Well guys, those of you with deep pockets should make your way to Phoenix Arizona on 19th January when one of these beauties comes up for auction, with only eleven produced the price should be sky high. Happy bidding.

Cheers,
Pete

Hi Pete,

Nice looking car. Did you take one from a lower angle - head on or 3/4? I know why you took one looking down on it - which gives us more detail, but I'd like to see the lower viewpoint if poss.

I wish my M8 would hurry up and arrive!

Neil,
I can't bend down that low- this thing is knee high to a GT40! Here is a different viewpoint, not quite what you asked for, unfortunately. I wish I had taken some more shots now.

Cheers,
Pete.
