Very well laid out, the Talacre lighthouse makes quite a contribution.

Cheers,
Pete.

Lovely shot Andy.

Would make a terrific large print, I think.

Thanks.

Cheers guys.

This is within walking distance of our house (if one feels so inclined )

I need to go back round to the lighthouse - it's a 30 minute drive or so - and take some shots now that the scallies have gone home for the season. It's an interesting place.

This one

and this one

were taken over the other side.

Andy -

Wonderful vastness enhanced by the layers of horizontal elements, beautiful colors, and nice composition.

Appealing topic and balance of layers (sky, water, beach) within the composition. The inclusion of the people & dogs + the lighting, textures and colors add impact.

I like the blue hills in the distance - reminiscent of Paul Henry.
