Default 9 Mermaid St, Rye

Can anyone think of a better way to decorate a house - it sure beats painting!

Beautiful colour, beautiful place and isn't there a really good pub on Mermaid St (might even be called the Mermaid).

Cheers,
Pete.

Yes the pub is called 'The Mermaid', but whether it is named after the street, or vice versa, I'm not sure (although I suspect the street may be named after the pub!). I've attached a copy of the name of the house opposite 'the Mermaid' for your interest and amusement!
