I recognize the car but can't remember the series...not F-BMW, not F-Renault, not A1GP...what the heck is it then?

Nice image Tim. I miss the racing season already.

Are those intermediates? Time for a switch to full wets!

Thanks.

Allan

It is an old Formula 1 car..

The series is TGP - Thorough Bred Grand Prix....

Highly entertaining, and great to see some real old F1 machinery being driven as intended.

Thanks.

Allan,

It's a 1982 Williams Ford Cosworth FW08. I think it might be Keke Rosberg's car.

Thanks Tim. Thanks Michael.

The thought of vintage F1 crossed my mind, but the side air intake led me away from that.

And yes, I see the "-berg" behind the driver's head now.

Time flies: Nico just finished the season with Cosworth behind him in the Williams...things change, things remain the same.

Thanks.

I'd love to see more. I can't wait until we get Champ cars here in Phoenix for '07. Nascar is getting old.
