All right, the vote is closed now and the winner of the #7 Barnack Challenge "Portrait" is :

Congratulations to the three winners in particular, but also very well done to the 'close behind' followers who have mastered these older cameras. Just a reminder to any of us 'modern' users that the added complexity of use of these cameras does make todays cameras appear easy.

Envious congratulations to the winners! It is a pleasure to see the quality that these old cameras still manage to convey. Congratulations, too, to those who took part making it difficult to choose.

I have to find one for the next Barnack challenge and I have some ideas right now.

I have read, that the Barnack Challenge runs 4 times a year. So I guess, that the "Portrait" Challenge was the last Barnack Challenge of 2008.

The first Challenge for 2009 will run March 2009, is this right?
If yes, I`ll remember you early enough.

Wishing that it will be a bigger succes with more participants.
