Default "Oh - my two front teeth!"

Taken unobserved, across the room with M8 + 75mm Summarit in ambient light. A severe crop isolating just two little people out of a mixed group of four. I just loved my little granddaughter's expression as she watched a children's TV programme.

David -

On top of that she is beautiful. Lovely shot for subject, moment, light, color and detail.

Ivan, Kirk, Stuart and Paul, thank you. I appreciate your comments. When featuring relatives it is so easy to take a 'blinkered' view and I try to avoid that trap!

Interesting to read Kirk's comment on colour. It is the result of raw capture processed in Lightroom.

Freelander and Virgil, thank you for your comments.

Picturelady, thank you. Yes, I am extremely proud of our extended family. It is constantly surprising to us how the little ones mature and become ever more interesting. The Leica is such a good tool for quietly capturing these special moments.

Thats a lovely photo David. You are very blessed with those two little models and you should have photo subjects for years to come.

Rob, you are so right. I never take them for granted. Unfortunately they do not live close by, so I do not see them very frequently. Each fresh acquaintanceship reveals new insights into their development.

Thank you for taking time to comment.
