Default Shiny Guy and Me

From Saturday Afternoon -- a daytime window shot for a change. I have no idea what this place is, but most of the background is in black velvet (maing it more reflective) with unusual mannequins and dummies. Perhaps Pierre or Ben knows what this is, on West 19th in Chelsea.

Thank you. That was my thought, too.

Great spotting and excellent post-processing to drive home the visual.

I like this, Stuart. More to it than meets the eye.
It's as if they are watching a time travel gone bad...their own.
Nicely spotted and processed as mentioned, the composition is also enhanced by the geometry. The presence of your reflected shadow on the window and reflection in the back is almost critical to the image, IMO.

I hope you don't mind, but I thought this would also look interesting in b&w...

Jeff - Thank you.

Amado - Thank you. I too thought my presence added to the shot, and I very much like your B&W interpretation.

Stu, I thought I left a comment a few days ago, but this cold has me bamboozled. Way cool shot. I like Amado's work as well. Brings out some fine details & dimensions.

Default AW: Shiny Guy and Me

By way of exception, I prefer the colour original.

Multi - layered...

Stefan -

Thank you. I too prefer the color, but I like the effect of Amado's interpretation.
