Out for a walk last weekend, saw this chap gazing over the view with his binoculars..

The view is from Crickley Hill in Gloucestershire.

I am not quite sure what "Flashy Whites" ? Sorry...

That the whites seem really badly blown out. Only on my laptop but something is a long way not right?
