Default AW: Quite adorable giant spotted at 1 Park Avenue!

Thanks Ben! The shot is indeed taken from street level with my V-Lux at 35mm - therefore the falling lines... but this ad is so huge that you can hardly get it into my quad frames without producing a boring picture! Best Jyn

BTW: I like the results from your photo essay! I had a look on his website and must say I'd love to join in on the September workshop, but the price is a little bit shocking to be honest and also I guess I'd have to take some days off for this, right?

Excellent angle, composition. ocntrast and tonal range.

I too would like ot take the workshop, but it would entail both taking a week off from work, and missing time with Barbara.

I'm not in the business of making judgements, but if you look at workshops/courses given in NYC by New School, Parsons, Cooper Union, ICP, this is right in the middle, price wise. Having been involved in workshops, on both ends, this is a HUGE commitment in time, money, personal investment & work. David is not lazy & makes everyone work very hard. Even the people that never really took image making very seriously found themselves far more engaged and starting to produce imagery they never thought they would. This is not a casual exercise, in any way.
