The great problem is that the shots was made on sunday, so there aren't a lot of workers.

Mauro, you are apparently a mind reader. When I viewed your earlier image of the Ferrara boatman, I imagined that there should be - or likely would be - a small cloth sack in that boat with some bread and a chunk of formaggio Parmigiano. You have indeed verified that my imagination was justified.
