Andreas -

Very unconventional, but quite successful. Your angle, camera placement, lens selection, selective focus, details, light and color all work very well.

Andreas - I always remember my late mothers hands - As a youngster one spends so much time around that height. I can remember their tender caress on the cheek, the vigourous wash with a licked handkerchief, serving of food and the occasional clip round the ear.

Your shot brings back memories for me and so is wonderful to my eyes.

Pierre-Olivier,
thank you for your comments and watching the pciture.

Graeme,
I am glad to hear that the picture was able to bring back nice memories. I took it when I visited my mother last time. I was sitting in front of her on the floor, watching up to her in this position and got the intense feeling to take a picture. I am glad to hear that it works.

Best regards,
Andreas
