Delightful catch, several possible stories. My best guess is she is posing for a photogrpaher off to the right.

Hi Stuart,

No she is not posing for somebody, I have met her in Manila and talk to her after I took my shot she is without job, part homeless, and their are many people at the boulevard begging for food or money , she is only 18.
