... Mike Tindall, the England Rugby player, who was the last member of the victorious 2003 England Rugby World Cup winning team to hang up his boots last year. A happy member of the "Glawsfamily" (Gloucester Rugby Family) famed for his broken nose. Prior to his wedding to the Queen's Grand-daughter, Zara Phillips, there were rumours of him being asked discretely to have his nose straightened for the wedding photos. He didn't. Anyway, I'm glad in this shot, taken tonight, he has decided to make his face the same shape as his nose :)

This is awesomely creative. Well done, Charlie. I just wonder whether the highlights on the forehead can be dialed down to show more tonality in his skin. I don't think you need this much torque to achieve the pop that you are looking for...

Sharookh, F.Juul, Dario and Adam,

Thanks for the comments.

Adam, I'll look at winding down the highlights a bit.

Sharookh, you're right, I did shoot Harry Winkler last autumn. I have done over 100 of these portraits now - Nobel Prize winners (e.g. Jim Watson - DNA), Jazz stars (e.g. Jamie Cullum), Comedians to World & Olympic champions. It's been a great privilege. Always looking to get more.
