Louis Posted August 25, 2014 Share #3 Posted August 25, 2014 A great shot, Charlie; but I am not very fond of watermarks!
topoxforddoc Posted August 25, 2014 Author Share #4 Posted August 25, 2014 A great shot, Charlie; but I am not very fond of watermarks! Dear Stuart and Louis, Many thanks. Sorry about the watermark, but sadly image theft is the way of the world. I don't think that the LUF site offers any protection against this (mods, please accept my apologies if this is not the case). If you would like to see it in a larger size without the watermark, feel free to see it on my zenfolio site, which has at least some sort of protection. If the Marx brothers were there, we would have had the entire orchestra on the wall. Best wishes Charlie

topoxforddoc Posted August 26, 2014 Author Share #9 Posted August 26, 2014 This is one of the better pictures I have seen of the opera in my own town! Adli, Thank you. The great thing was that we also managed to get tickets for all 5 of the family to see Madame Butterfly on sunday. Had a great evening. The Chinese soprano in the title role of Cio Cio San, He Hui, was just stunning. I thought it was great space with excellent acoustics. Looks beautiful too. Best wishes, Charlie
