I agree the first is overall better. I think the difference is in the highlights outside the window and the posture of the men. I suspect you could let the exterior in the second burn out as in the first and concentrate tones in the players to pull them out. Having the full circular frame in a square format seems to me very appealing. Anyway, post-processing is so much fun. Thanks again for sharing.

Chris, i perfectly see your point and know your comment is right. Unfortunately I quite underexposed the second picture and processing it the way you did (that is the right one) take out a lot of grain in the shadows.
