Excellently framed and presented.

A really lovely capture. Well done.

The Picasso element is there, albeit subtly. I love the whole image structure, but any chance of returning on a sunny day and getting a good blue sky? Nicely framed and well spotted...Gerald

Jonathan -

I agree with both Ivan and Gerald, though it might be more effective this way rather than with a blue sky, depending on how well the sky compliments the glass building on the left.

Je, well done. I like the angle & colors. You captured the essence.

Ivan, Gerald, Stuart, Martin and Ben,
Thank you all for your comments.
Gerald, I suppose I could try to go back and get a similar shot with a blue sky or with clouds, but I don't think I'd get the same flag flap. That beautiful sunlight would be hard to find.

Nicely presented with the unconventional angle.
The flag and how the light is hitting it really adds to the photo for me.

Cool stuff. Thanks for sharing.

Well Ed,
Thank you very much...along with the improvement of development and scanning facilities, I have learned, more or less, to meter meterless. There are still, however, those (not altogether rare) occasions when I blow it.
