Default Rotation

After recently treating myself to an M3 I took it for a test run to Blackpool and put three rolls of Fuji Velvia 100 through it. This is one of the shots taken on the central pier.

Howard -

Excellent angle, detail, depth, composition, light, color and geometry. ...And a belated welcome to the Forum.

Thanks for the kind words. I chose that photo as it is a different viewpoint to the usual one of Ferris wheels and I wanted an image that made an impact for my first photo post.

I picked up the M3 as I wanted the nearly life size viewfinder and I wasn't disappointed as I think it has the best finder of all the M series. It should encourage me to use my 50mm lens more. I did have to buy a Leitz 35mm viewfinder to go in the shoe as my favourite lens is the Leica 35mmF2M non asph and again that viewfinder is a revelation.

If you would like to see the rest of the Blackpool photos here is a link to them on my gallery.
